Mine was pure HR based. Asked a lot about NTPC business and it's service portfolio. some questions about my view on NTPC's future ventures i.e. renewables/ solar/ bop and equipment manufacturing etc.

be short and straight to the point..a high GPA would throw the ball in HR section only..so be prepared for some company related questions..and be updated to current affairs as they did asked some of my fellas questions based on that..

shortlisting on basis of GPA then a personal interview( tech+HR).
good gpa and good background knowledge of NTPC 's service portfolio.
