No synonyms or antonyms were there n luckily I also ddnt preprd for dis so much.but u all sud prepare.
It was an online test. The Software was developed by tcs itself n it was very much user friendly. 80 mins were provided for 35 questions. 1/3 -ve marking for each wrong answer. Same types of questions were repeated. Some of the types um mentioning here...
There were no separate sections and no sectional CUT OFF. Firstly um giving quant type questions...
1. After giving 11.11% discount on the marked price the shopkeeper has gained 20% profit on the cost price of an article. At what percentage above the cost price the price of the article should be marked?????
No data interpretation was givn but in 1 question u hav 2 draw the Venn dgrm n then calculate.
2. There were 40,47 n 43 students in biology, physics n chemistry respectively.12 students took both physics n bio,18 both bio n chem and 13 students took both chem n physic. No student has taken 3 subjects at a time. How many total students were there wid different subjects??
3.how many minimum apples will b given to each student if the total no of apples is (10!+11!+12!............50!)? No. of students is n.
This much I can remember. And plz hav a very g’d knowledge on probability plz plz plz. At least 5 questions were 4m dat only.time n distance and time n work should also b clr.
Now ordering the jumbled up sentences were also there.
A. Walrus are mammals B .all mammals are carnivores. C all carnivores are mammals.
This type of 5 or 6 sentences were there ABCDEF and u hv 2 choose 4m the below options in which the sentences are in most logically correct order??
1.ABCD
2.BCDE
3.DECF
4.ABDE etc.
At least 3 questions like dis.
The most interesting part was logical reasoning like below:-
A,B,C,D,E,F,G six types of liquid were there. A perfume can be made by mixing two or more of these liquids. If A is chosen B should be there also. If E is chosen then F should also b chosen n if both are there G cannot be there. D should be mixed in greater amount than any other types of liquid in the mixture or perfume. Some options will be given and u hav to choose which one combination is not possible or which one is correct.

Interviewer: do u know c++?
Me: it was in my curriculum in 3rd sem but I cudnt revised it in this short time of span.
Interviewer: tel me diff betwn c n c++.
Me: told.
Interviewer: what is object?
Me: explaind in terms of java by writing a code n diagrm.
Interviewer: so u knw java? good. (This subject ws not gvn in my cv I xpalined it well n he ws impressed.)
interviewer:what is the diff btwn array n linked-list.
Me: xplained.
Interviewer: do u knw rdbms? What is it?what is table explain and he also asked me about foreign keys.
Me: explaind.
Interviewer: what do u knw about TCS?
Me: told what we were told in ppt of TCS.
Me: sir, wot r the technologies in which I should specialize b4 joining TCS? Will we b given any choice of field?
Interviewer: (he explained 2 me very well. Give attention n show eager in wot dey r saying).
Interviewer: do u hav any problem if we post u in abroad? (Smiling)
Me: absolutely not, sir as I hav travelled many places wid my family n it is one of my hobbies.
Interviewer: ok,thank you, u may go now.
Me: sir, won’t u see my file? (he didn’t see my file ,only CV was seen).
Interviewer: no, u may go, thnk u.
Me: thank u so much, sir.
The interview went on very smooth n just bcoz of the interviewer’s friendliness.dnt wrry bout the interview frenz they r very much frndly. Hav a smiling face but dnt show over confidence. Say wotevr u knw n be honest.try 2 explain project n any topic asked, by using diagrm or code n try 2 giv ur best. Make ur basics very clear. I have only given c,ds n dbms in my CV but ws asked from many other subjects as I am in 7th sem.

Technical and hr round was together. It was immediately after the apti results were declared. My interviewer was a really good person. I was so nervous but his smile made me confident.

Interviewer: explain ur summer training project.
Me: explained.
Interviewer: do u know what is cookie?
Me: told.
firstly preapare ur subjects & project very well & also do some apti evryday..............
wen u r selected after aptittude b confident infront of ur interviwer n also b benevolent.plz dont b oversmart.show ur eager to hard work & to gain knowledge.smile alwez...............
