A list of candidates name were sent to the company by the placement cell..they shortlisted on the basis of marks and year gap between +2 and b.tech...65% in b.tech was the shortlisting criteria by the company.

I had the interview of 45 min and out of which 30 min was of tech and 15 min was non-tech(HR)..in technical they r asking mainly from ur area of interest n sum basic things abou other subjects...so one need to choose one subject as his area of interest and do make a strong hold on that.

And in HR round they are askin about my hometown,itz importance,abou my family n all..also they have asked me abou my hobby..so think good over ur hobby also

1..a smart and formal dress sense
2.be thorough to ur basics of ur branch
3.a good communicative english so that u can have a good impression
4.last but not the least is the LUCK factor

Initially 65 students were there in the written test..out of which 34 got selected for the interview..and finally 14 got through that..

my rank was 2nd among them n first in my branch.
A good sound knowledge of ur basics..good communicative english..n a bit of luck also..
