they said to talk on a topic for one minute.and the topic was "best and worst vecation"

IN A GD:
1.KEEP EYE CONTACT WITH THE HR.(now don scare him with Ur looks.just a look at his eyes and tell but don take too long looks)
2.choose the content what u speak carefully.
3.think before u speak.
4.u can tell a story in a Gd but make sure ur story sticks.
5.main thing of all don make the hr think ""what the hell is this guy talking"" make it short and gud
and for a technical round:
1.face the interview brave
2.smile when needed
3.when u r asked a question dont cover up by trying to say something. vo tumhara bapp hey recruitment karna mey.so he knows how people will cheat when they don know.so when he asks u something u say that sir i do not know but i will give it a try. it shows him that even if u don know ur willing to try
and hr is just a formality but make sure u dont mess it up

I KNOW U WILL NOT LIKE TO READ A PASSAGE LIKE THIS ONE CAUSE ITS TOO LONG.
AS THE PERSON NAME AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW BECAUSE MAN MAKE A MISTAKE BY JUST ASKING HOW MUCH SALARY U GIVE AND THINGS.

IT WILL MAKE THEM THINK THAT UR CONSIDERATE. SO YES U HAVE THE JOB IN UR POCKET JUST TRY THIS ONE TIP IN UR NEXT INTERVIEW IT WORKS. IT WORKED FOR ME
though the recruitment was done in my college it was an offline recruitment exam.we had 5 rounds of selection procedure .
1. aptitude exam
2.technical exam
3. Gd
4.technical interview
5.hr interview

honestly to say it was my first time to clear my apps and technical. and in Gd only formula is that u have to speak without fear and don think what hr will say.because hr wants to hear what ur saying.and mind don talk crap when he asks u to talk. my Gd went on like this topic was best and worst moment. i though of starting at the beginning but one after the other and another started to speak i could not get a chance.so i thought until now who ever spoke were like copying others. topic was best vacation 3 girls said that their best vacation was to come to sathyabama for placements and 4 were tense to speak and 1 said his worst vacation was tsunami. what he chose to speak was gud but when the hr said to describe more he could not.and 5 others were gud being precise and short. and then i started telling at the last u know i was the 4 th from the last members to say. i didn want to say at the last so i begain saying that my worst vacation was going to tirupathi. man that was a lie.but in a gd no one askes u if ur telling a lie or not but only thing was they see ur communication skills..
THE ONLY THING ABOUT INTERVIEWS AND GD IS BE PRECISE AND ACCURATE WHAT U TALK. AT TIMES U HAVE TO BEND SO THAT U STICK WITH UR ANSWER AND TO THAT OF THE HR.
