There was no written Test...!!

Technical Interview lasted for around 30 minutes... The questions varied from the subject of my interest i.e; steel
production and materials technology, as I am from a metallurgical background....In steel Production Questions from...the
following were asked 1. Reactions in Blast Furnace 2. Improvements in the Blast Furnace... 3. Advances in Steel
Production and Technology... 4. Types of Steels used in various engineering....from medical to aerospace... 5. Questions
from Foundry were also asked like...what casting methods are used for different metals and alloys...

Technical Interview was the first and the most important step in the recruting procedure and then the H.R round
followed.... Questions like: 1. About Yourself 2. Hobbies 3. Favorite Sport 4. Favorite Genre of Music...etc; This interview
lasted around....15 minutes

Be yourself...and dont get nervous even if you do get...dont show it...be confident while answering your questions...doesnt
matter if it is wrong...ALL THE BEST!!!

The experience was really fulfilling as after 3 years of study your knowledge is put to test in 45 minutes of an
interview...the interview panel were also quite knowledgable and encouraging...
