1-Written test- Online xam.
consists of 3 sections.
Vocab- 30 questions(10 synonyms, 10 antonyms, 10 paragraph questions)
Quant- Basic mathematics- 40 questions
critical Reasoning- 12 questions.
82 question- 90 min

In technical- since i was frm cse, I felt question were frm very basic concepts.
Some questions on C language(string operations, Pointers), OOPs concepts, Java basics. 2 questions frm DBMS, Operating systems, and 1 question frm Software Engg.

In HR- standard questions
Tell me about urself(which u dint mention in CV), ur family background, strengths, weakeness. I was asked abt a incident happened in my life that i couldnt forget.

Be confident in answering the 1st question u were asked. and u can carry with that confidence. Make sure your frequency matches the interviewer. And if u are not sure abt the ans pls convey that in a proper way. And dont show off all the time for every question asked, it gives negative impression.
Dont get frustrated when u get rejected, it's all about luck and interviewer mood. So work hard and leave it to interviewer hands. I had bitter experience of getting rejected for 6 companies. So pls follow this...

48 got shortlisted for Personal Interview... and finally 36 got offer from TCS. Im not sure about the rank.

Confidence, Spontanity. Nothing more. and some knowledge in IT field and cse.
