Suggestion

Prepare your resume well...Match your hobbies with that of companies requirement..like travelling as it is generally a
transfer job... Prepare topics like thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and specially pumps...Whenever asked for favourite
subject..dont reply it to be a single subject...name atleast 3 subjects....so that you will get a variety in the pool of questions
and It wont look odd if you are not able to answer 1 or 2 questions. Most important...gather as much information about the
company as you can before going for interview...This goes not only with IOCL but any company you intend to apply..and
then Target the company with your strengths and company's requirements... All the best for your placements...

No. of Candidate applied And Points that Worked in Favour

The Tech and HR was a mixture starting with HR and technical questions in between. The panel members seemed to be
stressing more on technical depth and were crosschecking your resume again and again. Questions were popping up from
the replies and the resume Overall it went for 15-20 Minutes...a good experience....I felt the the resume is an important
criterian for your selection.
