8) how flow is measured of oil and gas both?
9) mention any instrument to measure oil flow?
10) what is an "oil bank"?
11) what does CMRI do? how is this agency related to petroleum sector?

FOR RESERVOIR ENGINEERING:-
1) what is 2-D seismic data processing? how is it done?
2) what is "NMO"?
3) what are the reservoir rock properties?
4) what is porosity? types of porosity.
5) whose permeability is higher- sandstone or shale?
6) what is a trap? how many types of traps are there?
7) draw anticline trap? what will be its mechanism for recovery?
8) how many types of drive mechanism is there? briefly explain each of them.
9) which drive mechanism produces maximum recovery? why?
10) what have u opted in 1st interview?

1) the reason to success is hard work backed by sound technical knowledge.
2) one should have good communication skill to express himself/ herself.
3) confidence should reflect from face but should not be over-confident.

5) one should not get frustrated by seeing others and should patiently wait for their opportunity.

I think the most important thing that worked in my favour was my confidence. I had been selected for PI in ESSAR too but I was completely nervous and could not answer ever the HR questions nicely. Also a bit of luck played its part as I had not read a word about my project and the questions that were asked to me were very much known to me. Then also my previous semester good result could have forwarded my case as in no case my OGPA is going to fall below 7 after I pass unless I fail in all papers.
