Practice Aptitude as much as u can,,Work hard on ur communication skill,n try to take some additional courses,n last bt not d least,take part in extra curricular activities...

In written 305 students were selected out of approx 650.Then next day was the Interview.they asked simple questions related to skills,hobies n education.then finally they selected 265 out of those 305.
