HR Interview was very interesting...
First question was: Tell me about yourself.
I told them about myself with confidence.
Then they gave me a case study. It goes like this.
HR: If I were a white collar employee of there company and an another white collar employee is not working properly in the company then what will i do.?
Me: sir, i will conduct a counselling of that employee n try to find out the reason of his maligner.
If he/she is having some health issues then i will grant him leave for some time.
HR: Even after leave he/she is not working properly, now what will you do.?
Me: may be he/she is having some salary problems. I will try to increase his wages.
HR: salary is not in your hands, now what will u do.?
Me: i have to give a good output to the company so i will fire him and appoint a new employee.
HR: in a reputed company like Nestle it is not easy to just fire any employee, now consider that u cannot fire him, now what will u do.?
Me: I will try to motivate him.
They asked what is motivation to you.?
I answered that.
HR: if you cannot increase his salary then how will you motivate him.?
Me: i will motivate him by convincing him that if he/she works properly with full devotion then he/she will gain some knowledge through it and it will help in their own future.
Then they asked anything else u can try.?
I gave up at that time, n simply said that i don't have any exposure and experience of such a highly reputed and large scale company like Nestle so i cant think of any other possible solution.
Then final question was: do u have any problem with location of your joining.?
I answered that : Being from Ghaziabad i am living in Kanpur and studying here at H.B.T.I from last 3 years away from my family. I wont be having any problem with the location.
Never hesitate. Don't try to be manipulative.
never try to make fool of the HR's. and 1 more important thing.......... If u don't know any answer then feel free to say NO.
simply say "i don't know sir" or "i don't have any particular idea about this".
