general aptitude test...verbal, algebra, reasoning.....2-3 japanese terms also asked used in manufacturing
but technical test is bit difficult...nd covered topics from therodynamics,ic engines,heat transfer, nd design....Some
questns we didnt come across ever.....

first they asked me about my training...wat i have learned there ....then my fav subjects..i said ic engines nd
thermodynamics....
then they start asking diff btw petrol/diesel engine, 2 stroke/ 4 stroke, emission norms, latest technologies in ic
engine, blow by gases....
thn they told me to draw bending moment diagram of cantilever beam,simple beam....thn 5 theories of
faliure-which theory is used when...????

its just basic typ...lik why john deere, would u lik to stay in pune....hws d city u find pune....
my family background nd all that...asked me abt my xtra activities of coll dat i had written in my resume...

prepare ur 2-3 subjects well lik icengine,thermo,design,heat tranfer....stay cool nd confident during interview.

tech interview arnd 50 mins nd hr abt 20 mins..my tech is candle light interview..but even then they give me paper
and told me to write nd draw.....;)
