Maintain a decent CGPA to get shortlisted.Be prepared for the general HR questions which might be asked.If you are
telling lies in HR, be careful as they can easily find it out.When asked about future plans, show them that you are
eagerly waiting for this job.Find out everything about that company before you apply(like its various
products,branches etc etc).Coming to technical side, they will test only your basics and practical things.For me the
questions were not specific,so i told them all I knew about the thing they asked.If the question is specific,give crisp
answers.Know everything about your project as they will ask you questions relating to it.Maintain a smile on your
face through out the interview and answer confidently...:) ALL THE BEST..

The applicants were shortlisted based on their CGPA.There is only one interview with the interview panels consisting
of both technical and HR members.It lasted for 20 minutes.I answered the HR questions very well.I think that gave
me an edge over others.I could not answer 2 questions in technical and its better to say "I don't know" or "could
not recollect" instead of bluffing.I answered the remaining questions well with confidence.There is also a medical
test after 2 weeks of my selection.It was a great day for me and I am very happy to be selected even in that
competition.
